Music is one of my inspirations and my second passion (after drawing), in other words, I can't draw without music. I like this song, Fields of Innocence, from Evanescence, because it has a lot to do with my moment and all that I'm passing by these months. You know, this world sometimes makes me really sad. I find that my childhood was one of the best part of my life, because even with all problems... I didn't worry about my future or if my parents were dying and all these things that you begun to think when you become older. That's why I decided to make use of this song to represent my inspiration, because it means a lot for me.

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. i like how you drew her holding/hugging the doll. just... i don't know, i think i like that pose. (not sure if that's what it's called)
and the wings are drawn effectively because they're not up and perky....
though i have no doubt you could've done it beautifully, i love that you didn't draw the eyes either.
it keeps her anonymous~ and the eyes are a focus point of a picture usually... (for me at least? ^^)
and the fact that it's not color makes it so people aren't distracted~
it's simply beautiful.
